DESCRIPTION

Alltek Orange Label Superfine is a ready-to-use, superfine white plaster.

USE

  • Plaster for interiors, walls and ceilings on all standard substrates.
  • Can be applied on Alltek Blue Label or Alltek Red Label before painting for high quality and very neat finishes.
  • Smooth finish after smoothing and sanding.
Typical spreadability 0,4 to 0,6 kg/m² per layer depending on smoothness of substrate.
Recommended thicknesses
  • Min. thickness: 0,2 mm
  • Max. thickness: 1 mm

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Substrates:

  • Plaster, wallboard, plasterboard.
  • For finishing any substrate covered by an Alltek plaster.
  • Wood and wood products, old painted substrates in good condition

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.

Application tips:

  • Spraying machine nozzle 3 to 6 mm, depending on condition of substrate and equipment used (follow the manufacturer’s advice).
  • Smoothing blades of all sizes.
  • Sanding with grain size 150 to 220.

Recommendations:

  • Ensure adequate ventilation to remove excess moisture and accelerate drying.
