DESCRIPTION

Alltek Blue Label Skim ZN is a ready-for-use beige plaster, with fillers (sand), organic binders and additives (preservative and rust inhibitor).

USE

  • Plaster for interiors, walls and ceilings on all standard substrates.
  • Due to its exceptional adhesive properties, Alltek Blue Label Skim ZN can be sprayed directly onto concrete.
  • Smooth finish after smoothing and sanding.
Typical spreadability 1 to 2.5 kg/m² per layer depending on smoothness of substrate.
Recommended thicknesses
  • Min. thickness: 0,4 mm
  • Max. thickness: 1,5 mm

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Substrates:

  • Poured concrete, rough concrete.
  • Terracotta bricks and tiles, plaster, gypsum blocks, plasterboard.
  • Wood and wood products, old painted substrates in good condition

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.

Application tips:

  • Stir before use if necessary.
  • Spraying machine nozzle 4 to 8 mm, depending on condition of substrate and equipment used (follow the manufacturer's advice).
  • Smoothing blades of all sizes.
  • Sanding with grain size 100 to 150.

Recommendations:

  • Ensure adequate ventilation to remove excess moisture and accelerate drying.
