DESCRIPTION

Cryltek Matt is a semi-thick matt paint.
It is used as an opacifying primer layer.

USE

Ideal for printing / undercoat on plasterboard, or standard substrates of bare buildings or adherent paint coatings in good condition.
Typical spreadability 7 to 8 m² / l depending on substrate type.
Packaging 25 kg plastic bucket.

  • Rapid drying, can be painted over on the same day.
  • Classification: group I, class 7b2 as per AFNOR NF T 36-005.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

  • 25 kg plastic bucket.
  • Shelf life is 1 year in unopened original packaging, protected from frost and extreme heat.

  • EU limit value for this product (cat. A/a): 30 g/l (2010). This product contains max. of 2 g/l VOC.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Substrates:

  • Plaster, gypsum tiles, plasterboard.
  • Concrete, cement plaster, fibro cement, old acrylic paintwork.
  • Previously patterned plaster.

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.

Application tips:

  • Airless spraying machine: size 517 airless nozzles Applied in criss-cross pattern.
  • Brush, roller.
  • Dilute with 2% water if required.
  • 10% dilution for patterning on plasterboard.
