Manual lightweight filling plaster with roller

DESCRIPTION

Alltek Roller LM200 is a ready-to-use lightweight, light grey plaster that can be applied with a roller.

USE

  • Plaster for interiors, walls and ceilings on all standard substrates.
  • Refurbishment of substrates to obtain smooth surface on glass webs or on stippled surface.
  • With its reliable consistency, Alltek Roller LM200 is very easy to apply with a roller and to smooth.
  • Thick applications possible with a perfect finish obtained more rapidly than with a conventional manually applied plaster.
Typical spreadability 1 litre/m² per mm of thickness.

  • Min. thickness: 0,5 mm
  • Max. thickness: 4 mm

  • Shelf life is 1 year in unopened original packaging, protected from frost and extreme heat.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Substrates:

  • Concrete, terracotta bricks and tiles, plaster, gypsum blocks, plasterboard.
  • For refurbishment on glass web or textured plaster.
  • Wood and wood products, old painted substrates in good condition

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.

Application tips:

  • Immerse a honeycomb or medium dimple or polyamide mesh roller (18 to 24mm) in the coating and apply liberally to the substrate.
  • Then smooth the plaster with a flexible spatula and, if necessary, sand after complete drying with a fine grain sandpaper.

Recommendations:

  • Ensure adequate ventilation to remove excess moisture and accelerate drying.
