CHARACTERISTICS

  • Thanks to its technology, Alltek Roller LG400 has an exceptionally low thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.09 W/mK. It thus provides insulation that is 5 times stronger than traditional plaster. The possibility to apply it very thickly means thermal resistance and the thermal comfort of the building can be strengthened.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Substrates:

  • Application on all substrates: concrete, aerated concrete, mortar, plaster, gypsum blocks, plasterboard, cement, cinder blocks.

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.

Application tips:

  • Immerse a honeycomb mesh roller in the coating and apply liberally to the substrate.
  • Then smooth the plaster with a flexible spatula and, if necessary, sand after complete drying with a fine grain sandpaper (100 – 150)

Recommendations:

  • It is recommended that a finish coat with Alltek LF50 or Alltek LM150 is applied before painting.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation to remove excess moisture and accelerate drying.
