Manual lightweight filling plaster

DESCRIPTION

Ready-to-use lightweight filling plaster for scratch and skimming coats.

USE

  • Plaster for interiors, walls and ceilings on all standard substrates.
  • Refurbishment of substrates for smooth skimming on glass webs or stippled surfaces.
  • Smooth finish after smoothing and sanding.
Typical spreadability 1 litre/m² per mm of thickness.
Recommended thicknesses
  • Min. thickness: 0,3 mm
  • Max. thickness: 4 mm

  • Plastic tube 400 ml.
  • 4 litre plastic bucket.
  • 10 litre plastic bucket.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Easy to apply.
  • Mainly used for preparation work.
  • Excellent adhesive properties.
  • Fire rating: A2-s1, d0 as per European standard EN 13501-1.
  • Classification: group III class 2 as per the standard AFNOR NF T 36-005, in compliance with the standard AFNOR NF T 30-608.

  • Plastic tube 400 ml
  • 4 litre plastic bucket.
  • 10 litre plastic bucket.
  • Shelf life is 1 year in unopened original packaging, protected from frost and extreme heat.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Substrates:

  • Concrete, terracotta bricks and tiles, plaster, gypsum blocks, plasterboard.
  • For refurbishment on glass web or textured plaster.
  • Wood and wood products, old painted substrates in good condition.

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.

Application tips:

  • Plastering knife.
  • Plaster trowel.
  • Flexible “Biflex” trowel or similar
  • Sanding with grain size 150 to 220.

Recommendations:

  • Ensure adequate ventilation to remove excess moisture and accelerate drying.
