Alltek Red Fine

DESCRIPTION

Alltek Red Fine is a ready mixed white plaster based on mineral fillers with organic binders and additives.

USE

  • For roughing: remove bubbles and rake concrete before painting or application of the second textured layer as well as prior to wallpapering or wall coverings.
  • For finishing: stippled or flecked finish.
Typical spreadability 0.7 to 1.5 kg/m² per layer depending on substrate and desired finish.
Recommended thicknesses
  • Min. thickness: 0,3 mm
  • Max. thickness: 3 mm

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Ultra white
  • Easy to apply.
  • Outstanding filling and finish.
  • Possible to colour as needed (pastel paints).
  • Fire rating: A2-s1, d0 as per European standard EN 13501-1.
  • Classification: group III class 2 as per the standard AFNOR NF T 36-005, in compliance with the standard AFNOR NF T 30-608

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Substrates:

  • Poured concrete, rough concrete.
  • Terracotta bricks and tiles, plaster, gypsum blocks, plasterboard.
  • Wood and wood products, old painted substrates in good condition

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.
  • Cryltek Mat is a white acrylic undercoat ideal for application before the plaster.

Application tips:

  • Spraying machine nozzle 3 to 6 mm, depending on condition of substrate and equipment used (follow the manufacturer’s advice).
  • Smoothing blades of all sizes.
  • Sanding with grain size 100

Recommendations:

  • Ensure adequate ventilation to remove excess moisture and accelerate drying.
